Eastern Newt?

I think this is an Eastern Newt in its terrestrial juvenile stage. After the rainstorm, they were everywhere.

Eastern American Toad? or Fowler's Toad. I can't tell which. I think the former. I guess you can identify by picking them up and looking at their belly.
