Class meets once per week on Thursdays from 6:00PM - 9:00PM in Dockser Hall. There are two books required for the course: Jurisprudence: Cases and Materials 2d Edition by Gottlieb et al. and On the Rule of Law: History, Politics, Theory by Tamanaha.

You will be evaluated on class participation (40%) and on a final paper (60%). The final paper is to be no more than 30 pages, Times New Roman, 1.5 spacing, 1" margins, footnote citations.
