New Site to Track PPACA Litigation: Health Law & Litigation
June 14, 2011 at 12:00 The National Health Law Program and the O'Neill Institute have created a new site Health Law & Litigation that provides a wealth of information about on-going litigation related to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. I've only preliminarily looked at the site, but it seems to cover in great detail all the current litigation. These resources are great. Especially for teaching these topics in a medical school. You can sign up for email notifications as well.
My only initial complaint is a technical one. Email is, in many ways, a form of communication with a signal-to-noise ratio that continues to get lower. I, like many, use RSS and other forms of syndication to keep updated with websites. As far as I can tell this site has no form of syndication. It also uses Flash, which will cause problems for many mobile users. Other than that, it appears to be a great resource.
I should also mention that at the Annual Health Law Professor's Conference this year, several other sites were also mentioned.
So far, I like the first one, Health Law and Litigation, the most.
