I would agree with much of what he said but disagree vehemently about City Hall. The problem with City Hall is that citizens and workers don't adapt themselves to it and gripe. Granted, the square needs work but tearing down one of the most iconic examples of Brutalism doesn't seem reasonable. With proper maintenance and care of the building, you wouldn't have the problem.
